crewAI 1.15.33 adds skill search and zip deploys

crewAI 1.15.33 adds a skill search command, lets crewai run pass inputs to Python flows, and adds a --zip option to deploy create. The release also includes a set of bug fixes, including token usage reporting for LiteLLM tool-call and structured-output calls.

The release adds crewai skill search, which lists an organization's skills. crewai run now accepts --inputs for Python flows, and deploy create gained a --zip option that builds a zip from a commit and prints that commit.

Several fixes target LiteLLM, which now has its token usage reported for tool-call and structured-output calls. Other fixes let JSON crews load in crewai chat and against an older crewai-core, and keep deeply nested JSON as text in the run TUI on Python 3.12.

Login and CLI behavior also changed. Login now waits the full device-code lifetime and exits with status 1 on timeout, and crewai+ commands exit 1 when a login is required. Checkpoint callbacks that cannot be restored are now saved as null instead of breaking restore.

Why it matters if you build agents

Teams that deploy flows from CI can use the new zip option instead of packaging code themselves. Anyone running LiteLLM-backed tools or JSON crews should check token counts and checkpoint restores after upgrading. Scripts that depend on crewai login exit codes should handle the new exit 1 on timeout.
